The service was great but I am disappointed with the quality and presentation of the items, as they are not cheap and I was expecting more. I know what I paid but as gifts, those who receive them could well think I tried to get them cheap gifts.

They need to be wrapped separately rather than all in one piece of tissue paper and this still won’t address the issue of quality. They look better on line than they are in real life unfortunately.

I had the worst experience with this company. I ordered a pair of expensive leggings & they sent me an email saying it had been delivered. When I arrived home I couldn’t find the package so quickly contacted them via email. Worst thing I ever did they were very abusive accused me of “ripping them off” refused point blank to help. They told me I had to start an enquiry unfortunately the courier company said only the sender could do this .Having googled my consumer rights & told spoiled brat they then accused me of being well rehearsed .I would seriously urge you not to buy from this place there are many other shops that sell what they do but with better customer relationships & who value their custom . Avoid I would like to add if your reading this after you’ve received the same level of service pursue it as I will

Spoiled Brat is an awesome company who have the customers at the heart of their business. I ordered a Ragged Priest cardigan from them which unfortunately got misplaced in the hands of Evri and consequently went out of stock in the meantime. Someone in the Spoiled Brat team handled my problem super quickly and arranged for the Ragged Priest to send me a replacement directly. It wasn’t the same size but I really didn’t mind as it was no fault of Spoiled Brat or the Ragged Priest. I’m so impressed with their kindness and customer service, I couldn’t recommend them enough!

I had not used this shop before, but was looking for a particular type of bag. Not only did I find the one I wanted, but also another gorgeous one! Both were in the sale which was fab!

Hi this is the most flattering cutest pinafore dress on a hourglass figure goes in and out in all the right places ❤️❤️❤️… i bought this in the uk I othered size large I’m a 16, & it said size 10-12 inside when I opened it ??? !!! I googled and it was in American sizing phew, so there 10-12 is a 14-16 ???? I love it so much now need more care bear clothing in my life xx

Spoiledbrat perfect. Excellent track service. I received my package very late due to very slow customs clearance services in Italy. I contacted Spoiledbrat customer service who immediately responded to resolve the issue.I still to pay customs clearance fees. However, I am fully satisfied.

Found Spoiled Brat randomly online while searching for Loungefly bags... And found they had an older one I was after for months which I couldn't find anywhere and instantly ordered it! I check back to the site occasionally for items, and have since made my second order with them... My items have been shipped wonderfully quickly (even with the current COVID19 pandemic), and packaged well. I've had small contact with their customer service however the odd moment I have it's been wonderful!
